How to install and run bidmaxCalc - October 21, 2009

UNZIP

Unzip bidmaxCalc.zip into a directory of your choice, for example c:\bidmaxCalc (Windows), Users//bidmaxCalc or usr/bidmaxCalc if you are using Mac OS, Linux or Unix.

You may also set up an environment variable BIDMAXCALC_HOME = c:\bidmaxCalc in Windows© (This is not necessary). However we will refer to the folder in which you have installed bidmaxCalc as BIDMAXCALC_HOME.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have java runtime edition (JRE) version 1.6 or higher installed on you machine. Your computer hardware (CPU, RAM and Disk Storage) should satisfy the requirements of these supported Operating Software: Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS, Linux or Unix.

RUN

To run bidmaxCalc

• double click bidmaxCalc.jar or bidmaxCalc file in BIDMAXCALC_HOME folder or
• in command mode change directory to BIDMAXCALC_HOME directory and execute the following command:

  javaw -jar bidmaxCalc.jar bidmaxCalc
