With bidmaxCalc eBay users are no longer selling and bidding in the dark. bidmaxCalc provides them with the needed information based on scientific calculations.
bidmaxCalc is a search tool that collects and displays statistics about eBay items satisfying the queries provided by the user. Stats include mean, median, highest, lowest bid price, standard deviation, exception count. bidmaxCalc also calculates for each search a supply/demand ratio and generates a frequency graph.
The supply/demand ratio is a very important piece of information which describes the general state of a specific category of eBay items in terms of the number of listed items versus the number of bidded items. For example a supply demand ratio of 4.2 indicates that there are roughly 4 items listed for each bid in which case this market is a buyer market. Alternatively a ratio of 0.75 will indicate a situation whereby each 3 listed items are facing a demand of about 4 bids and consequently it's a seller market.
bidmaxCalc similar to a calculator has a memory which provides the ability to keep track of generated calculation results and information.
bidmaxCalc provides eBay sellers and buyers with the current state of specific auctions as queried by the user.
A state of an auction is described by a set of statistics such as the mean, median, highest, lowest bid or bin price.
bidmaxCalc calculates a supply demand ratio for each query as the ratio of listed items over bidded items and generates
a frequency graph on how bidding prices distribution.
