Additionally, we will attempt to fill requests for this information from customers outside California if we have sufficient staff.

    myBidMax is a subsidiary of Reputronix, LLC. In the event that Reputronix, LLC. or myBidMax merges with, or is acquired by, any other company all information that we have collected will be shared with the other company. If this occurs, myBidMax will attempt to contact all customers, both past and current, to inform them of the transaction in a timely manner.

    By submitting personal information to us, purchasing our products, or by registering to use our site, you agree that we may collect and use such personal information in accordance with our privacy policy or as permitted by law. If you do not agree with these terms, do not provide any personal information to us. If you refuse to provide information, or withdraw consent to our privacy policy, or do not provide us with necessary personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.

    To request the removal of your information from the myBidMax system, simply send us a request. Every email sent to you from myBidMax will also include a link to remove your email address from our mailing list. If you request that we modify or remove all of your personal information, we will promptly do so, to the extent possible. Please be aware that by removing such information, you will no longer be notified of any updates or any support for our products.     This myBidMax Privacy Policy is effective as of February 23, 2009. In the event that there are any substantial changes to this policy, we will notify our current and past customers of the changes via email. Current or past customers who do not wish to abide by the terms of the updated privacy policy must notify us within twenty (20) working days from the policy effective date. We will work with you to resolve any issues arising from the policy change. We will also have a clearly visible link to our updated policy on our home page for our site visitors. Any new or updated version of our privacy policy is effective thirty (30) days after it is first posted on our site.
